America Sinks with Sarah, the Supremes, and Women in Subs ... Part 2
1. Eph. 5:22, 23 - "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife ..." And in Col. 3:18 -- "Wives, be subject to olur husbands, as is fitting in the Lord." Other passages express this idea. 2. Men as leaders... Col. 3:19 -- "Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them." I Cor. 11:3 -- "But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ." 3. Women are to stay home and care for their children ... Titus 2:3-5 -- "Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored."
Now get that last phrase. Hey folks, one reason non-churchgoers don't believe the Bible is that many Christian families aren't in God's order! 4. When these teachings aren't followed we read that society is cursed in Isa. 3:12 -- "O My people! Their oppressors are children, and women rule over them." It took me a long time to understand that by the time society has reached the point of women abandoning their families and all too often with the support of timid husbands wanting a second paycheck, our nation's children have been become back talking brats. Brats calling the cops if their parents dare spank them.
We're now finding out that putting our children in daycare hurts them. A 3/26/2007 LifeSiteNews.com story says the largest, longest running, and most comprehensive study of child care in the U.S. found that the more time children spent in daycare before kindergarten led to their increased fighting, disobedience, and arguing. The data included results also from Canada, England, and Australia. Canadian children were found to be 17 times more agressive than those raised at home. Findings from England showed that nursery care produced higher levels of agression. A 2006 Aussie study found daycare seemed to damage babies' brain chemistry and affect their social and emotional development. These are just some of the headlines of the findings and the study was also reported in March/April 2007 Child Development.
Now I'm not saying putting our families in God's order will easily be done overnight, but I find that when God's people are serious about obeying Him, He helps them do it. But you may say, well, this is all well and good, but today's families can't survive on just one paycheck. I don't buy that. Read the article "The Bible Says Big Families Are Good" on this website, that tells about my pastor's family of now 16, yes, 16 children, and how they're making it.
Who's led the charge for women to abandon their families? Feminists. Feminism is rebellion. We read in I Samuel 15:23, "Rebellion is as the sin of divination (or withcraft)." Feminism, by removing a wife from her husband's protection and its unending promotion of the killing of the unborn child, is ultimately anti-woman. Abortion destroys the nurturing character of women. So a "Christian feminist" is an oxymoron.
I'm getting a little out of order here from the previous page, but an important point: Husbands, if you become harsh rulers or dictators over your families, God will not answer your prayers! We read in I Peter 3:7 --"You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered."
Now go back and read the last paragraph I quoted from Sarah Palin. She believes that while life is sacred and the wife can still have that child, she can still work outside the home. Sarah, you can't have it both ways! Yes, if your husband's been disabled then you have no choice. And Sarah Palin, I'm going to challenge you: You go back home and take care of your family! Just maybe, maybe, your daughter wouldn't have gotten knocked up if you'd stayed at home. And if you did that, America would sit up and take notice, saying, Wow! Somebody who believes the Bible enough to obey it! You and your husband would have more credibility than ever. Are you willing to pay the price to obey a radical book?
So this means we're not to have women in authority over men. Not as judges, cops, Presidents, and most certainly, soldiers and sailors.

If you don't buy the Biblical argument, here's real life reasons why women on subs, or in the army, is sheer lunacy. Men and women are going to keep being men and women. People are recruited into the service mostly in their early 20's. Now that's when sex drives are peaking. You're a young recruit, officer or enlisted, thousands of miles away from home, and you've been trained to be in the best shape (and most attractive to the opposite sex) in your entire life. Are your hormones just going to shut down, are you going to quit being lonely, just because it's agains the rules? No! So men and women will inevitably ge together (hey, they were made to do this, right?) and we'll have more divorces and abortions. Point number two: it cannot be disputed whatsoever that the average man is bigger, stronger, and more agressive than the average woman. Yes, wars and armies are more high-tech than ever, but hand to hand combat still occurs, and in a battle somebody still needs to climb a muddy hill with 60 lbs. or more of ammo to relieve some men under heavy fire.
But what they don't tell your sister down at the recruiting station, or your father who should keep her out of the service unless she's wanting to be a nurse, is that the Army has lowered the physical standards for enlisting and basic training. From Citizen Magazine, 6/232/97, we read that Army Lt. Col. William Gregor, who was chairman of the Dept. of Military Science at the University of Michigan, told a presidential commission that only one woman out of 100 could meet a physical standard acheived by 60 out of 100 men. And in the same article retired Army Lt. Col. Bob Maginnis says, in describing basic training, "Running is now done in lightweight shoes rather than combat boots ... during the obstacle course, recruits are allowed to go around the wall if they can't climb it. Marching routes are changed to avoid tough hills. Is the enemy listening?"
Folks, there's no gender norming on battlefields. Feminism is based on fantasy, saying physical differences don't exist, or if they really do, then we'll change reality by lowering standards. So Suzy Soldier won't be able to climb that muddy hill with 60 lbs. or more of ammo on her back to relieve those men under heavy and deadly fire. So what do women thus do in such situations? They put the men around them at risk. We need strong, agressive men who can do it, not feminists wanting social experimentation that would jeopardize the lives of soldiers.
It's time for men to understand and fulfill their responsibilities. Only the men, unless they are disabled, are to be the providers, spiritual leaders, and providers for their families. Men have abandoned their responsibilities along with women. Again, they are to be loving, servant leaders of their homes, not dictators. What do you say, men?
